Health Outcomes International was contracted in November 2009 to assist in the Department of Health - SA in the development of the 2008/09 Population Based Resource Allocation Model (PBRAM) for South Australia. The PBRAM serves as a mechanism for allocating budgets to health regions based on population needs. The development involved ensuring all data supporting the model was updated, 2008/09 paramaters were applied, data was input into the model and relevant documentation was updated. Work was completed on the project in December 2008.
