Gretchen is the Administrator of HOI's New Zealand Office. She has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University and brings strong organisational and communication skills to her work. Gretchen supports HOI's New Zealand based team of consultants across all projects, including organising meetings and travel, maintaining project files, and assisting in other project tasks. Prior to joining HOI Gretchen managed a busy New Zealand foreign exchange branch. She has also worked in different countries and industries giving her a broad skill base.
