Pauline is the Senior Administrative Officer, responsible for the day to day administrative functions supporting the Health Outcomes International team. In this role, Pauline provides the essential management support required to operate our services. Her organisational skills are an essential factor in anticipating workload variations and maintaining project output.
Pauline also possesses a high level of computing skills used extensively in the preparation of proposals and reports. These skills ensure that our clients receive information that is presented in a manner that is readily understood and visually appealing. In addition her computing skills are applied to the analysis of databases as required on a project by project basis.
Pauline’s strong interpersonal skills are also an important component in our dealings with a wide range of clients in the health and community services sector. Her ability to communicate with both lay persons and specialists; her cooperative and pleasant manner and her persistence ensure that, where appropriate, meetings are scheduled, flights and accommodation are arranged (both for our staff and clients where necessary) with a minimum of fuss.
Pauline has worked as a Personal / Executive Assistant in various industries ranging from manufacturing, television, banking, retail and local government which has therefore given her a variety of different skills.
Her experience, capabilities and personality are important attributes to the day to day operations of our office.
